Commission Quotes

Costume commissions are currently only being taken for individual costume pieces and other small scale work. Please read the following information closely, and write to us using the form below for cost estimates.

Pricing will vary with each project. Keep in mind that a lot can go into putting a costume or even a single prop together. This includes, but may not be limited to:
– time spent sourcing materials
– material costs
– cutting, prepping, sewing, painting, etc
– shipping costs
– large increases in time/cost if changes are requested after the project is underway.

Work will begin after mutual agreement of project perimeters has been reached and sixty percent (60%) of the total estimated cost has been received. The remainder of payment, along with added shipping charges, are due upon completion. (Photos will be sent for your approval.) Any projects not fully paid for ninety (90) days after project completion are forfeit along with money down.

Pictures and information based on the creation of your commission may be used on this website unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.
